Our club is dedicated to helping students interested in Intellectual Property law, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. We offer resources and support to help you excel in this field.
Fashion Law
Fashion law covers intellectual property, contracts, labor rights, and regulations in the fashion industry. It protects designs, trademarks, and brands while addressing issues like counterfeiting, sustainability, and digital fashion.
Exploration of the Intersection of Technology
Technology is reshaping IP, art, and fashion law through AI-generated works, NFTs, and digital fashion. AI challenges copyright, while blockchain secures authenticity and ownership. The law is evolving to protect creators and brands in a tech-driven world.
